This Ol' Crow - Needle felting
with Julie Knowlton

Let’s Needlefelt a Crow!
Crows and ravens are incredible birds—smart, loyal, and full of personality. They mate for life, remember faces, form opinions, and even use tools to solve complex problems. Inspired yet? Let’s make one!
In this hands-on class, we’ll needlefelt a crow using a simple armature and wire legs. We'll even use a special product to harden the beak for a more realistic look.
Some felting experience is recommended. You’ll need to be able to felt a firm shape. That said, if you're a beginner with determination, you're welcome—I’ll do my best to support you!
Helpful tools to bring: wire cutters, a ruler, and small scissors. Don’t worry if you forget—I'll have some extras to share.
$5 needle fee payable to the instructor at the class (waived if you bring your own needles—nice deal, right?)
Evening Option?
If evenings work better for you, let us know! We’ll add an evening session if there's enough interest. Message us on Facebook, email Hilda at hroberts@pvaec.org, or call 207-564-6525.
Let’s make something cool together—just like the crows would want.
