Fishing Creel Basket Spring 2025

While traditionally used for fishing, this beautiful basket is perfect for picnics, gathering vegetables, or collecting treasures during your woodland foraging adventures. The basket measures approximately 13" wide, 8" tall, and 8" deep. In this class, you’ll craft the lid, carefully cut to fit, and attach it with a durable piano hinge. The instructor will go through the process of making the basket step-by-step ensuring all will walk away with a finished basket. Needle Felting Turtle Time Spring 2025

Create a charming turtle using both wet and needle felting techniques. On the first day, you’ll design, felt, and block the shell, and build the armature. The second day focuses on crafting the body, tail, legs, and face, before assembling the turtle by sewing the top and bottom shells together. Prerequisite: Previous wet felting experience is required, such as the bookmark or art felt class. Bring: 2 large pieces of bubble wrap, 2 bath towels, a dish towel, small pliers, wire cutters (if available), a sturdy long needle, scissors, and needle felting tools if you have them.
