For over a decade, I've cooked for private clients, health food stores, and coffee shops. I've also empowered those who couldn't afford these services to eat better with ease. We'll cover vitamins and minerals and why OTC supplementation can be dangerous. We'll also discuss food portioning, fad DIEts, digestion, and snacking.

Alicia Randolph-Lucchessi, B.A., M.A., CLO is the owner of Pandora's Products and Pandora's Lunchbox. She has a B.A. in Theatre, an M.A. in Holistic Wellness, is a certified Usui Reiki Master Practicioner and Elder Greenfire Wisewoman.
