T’ai Chi Chih, called “joy through movement”, is a relaxing meditation consisting of 19 gentle movements and one pose, in a standing or sitting position. T’ai Chi Chih originator Justin Stone recommends daily T’ai Chi Chih practice “to achieve heightened energy, serenity and health, longevity, and weight and blood pressure control.” At the end of these sessions you will be prepared to include T’ai Chi Chih practice as part of daily life to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual balance. You are most welcome to join us if you have practiced T’ai Chi Chih and could benefit from a refresher. Join Sherry Peirce Corbin in practicing this gentle meditation.
