T'ai Chi Chih: A New Experience or a Refresher Spring 2020
with Sherry Corbin
Tai Chi Chih, called “joy through movement”, is a relaxing meditation consisting of 19 gentle movements in a standing or sitting position. Tai Chi Chih originator Justin Stone recommends daily Tai Chi Chih practice “to achieve heightened energy, serenity and health, longevity, and weight and blood pressure control.” At the end of these sessions you will be prepared to include Tai Chi Chih practice as part of daily life to enhance your physical, mental and spiritual balance. You are most welcome to join us if you have practiced Tai Chi Chih and could benefit from a refresher.
Please note there is a non-refundable $1.99 credit card registration fee for online registrations. If a class is cancelled for any reason, we are unable to refund the $1.99 registration fee. Call us at 564-6525 to make arrangements for paying by check or cash, and avoiding the non-refundable registration fees. Paying online is safe, easy and convenient so if you're happy to pay the extra $1.99 registration fee, we welcome you to do so.
